ROLE: Perform continuous stock counts to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained for all stock items including raw materials, consumables and engineering spares
Key Responsibilities:
Stock counting
Safety, Health and Environment
Policy, Strategy, Processes, Systems and Reporting
Relationships
Provide regular feedback to the Warehouse and Inventory Manager regarding performance and potential issues
Assist with ad hoc tasks, initiatives or projects related to the management and improvement of inventory as well as the overall Supply Chain
Qualifications / Education:
Essential:
Grade 9
Knowledge of the Warehouse and Inventory Control function
Desirable:
Certificate in materials management, logistics or warehouse management
Forklift License
Experience / Competencies:
Essential:
Warehouse experience (1 - 2 years)
SAP materials management
Desirable:
Relevant ERP system experience, preferably SAP Materials Management
Relevant Industry experience
